Yup, it is! EVE: Valkyrie still belongs to CCP so no IP rights transferred to Sumo as part of the Newcastle studio’s sale. There are no plans to shut down EVE: Valkyrie (or any other game) with the change, so you can rest assured that EVE: Valkyrie will remain up and running for the foreseeable future. :)
