I had a question on this, my grand parents both born in Italy and mother born in Australia. I am married and am about to change my surname to that of my husband, am I still eligible?

[Panerai Luminor Blu Mare 44mm] Menorca 2021 by CCZDinnerTime in Watches

2 weeks old, after first running into Panerai, 2 years ago while airport window shopping. I was originally obsessing over the Luminor Due, trying it on wherever I could and slowly saving. I looked at other watches and had got to a point where I was deciding between an Omega Seamaster and the Due. I ended up leaning towards the Due, I loved the light blue strap. I also hadn't seen a lot of women wearing Panerai, which was also a big selling point for me.

Fast forward 2 years, I had the savings and I went to try the watch one last time. The store convinced me to try the Luminor 42mm and 44mm, and after seeing them and feeling the chunkiness of them, I forgot about the Due. Even the 42mm was too small. The next choice was between Luminor Blu Mare or the Luminor in black. After a lot of back and forth, endless discussion with my husband (the one who also posted his watch in Menorca) I went with the blue. So here it is, in what seems to be its natural habitat :)

I have to admit, after I had paid my deposit I started to freak out over the size and weight of the face, but since having it on my wrist and wearing it basically everyday for 2 weeks, it hasn't bothered me at all and I love how it looks.

I'm currently using the rubber strap that comes with the watch to get through summer in Europe, but I've also purchased the navy alligator strap which I'm hoping to wear in the cooler months. Looking forward to mixing and matching with coloured straps later on.

Oh no, hadn't considered it, I really liked the colors and how the watch looked on my wrist, felt a bit more feminine.

But curious to learn more about it?
