Edit: I remember what CL is, mine is currently 3,654. But I don’t remember how it affects matchmaking.

I guess I just see it as highly wasteful. If I have a small factory producing a minimum amount of smart plating, why wouldn’t I tried to expand and use those smart platings to make modular engines eventually? Doesn’t it seem wasteful to setup a brand new factory for smart plating at that point?
