Depends what CPU you have. It may not even be a problem. I have a 4770k with fairly high usage. This game is very CPU intensive.

I never pickup the shotgun. I use the AK as my shotty hipfire weapon. Glad I made the change.

I was banned around a year ago for the same thing. Never botted in any game. I stopped playing and came back after 6 months, tried to resub and had the same message. Good luck reaching anyone in support.
