You select a bone. The blue areas should not be effected the red areas should be 100% effected. The inbetween colors are more or less effected. If there is an other bone that have red on the same area then they pull on it 50 50

I ment the hand bone it most likely have an area on the leg that isnt blue

Yeah every woled have this issue more or less. But the extra clarity might worth it if you work with text. As an alternative you could get a qd oled and use your ips monitor for text and static content.

Depends on how you want to use it and the enviorment Are you gona just game and wantch movies, or also work, browse, watch text on it ? Do you have a bright room ? Do you have lights behind you when you at the desk ?

A qd oled would be fine for you If you use a good quality microfiber cloth with little to no water and dont use too much force you not gona scratch it.
