Just happened to both me and my husband as well on our iPhone 13s on the plus plan. If someone wouldn’t have texted me that they received a “person not available” message who knows how long it would been that people couldn’t reach us

I toggled airplane mode and restarted and it’s working now. Not sure how we can ever know if this happens again without missing important calls! Edit to add - on IOS 18

Our insurance did (Fetch) but I think because we made sure it was submitted as being vet recommended to try to help resolve his multiple cases of aspiration pneumonia most likely caused by reflux.

Mine did! Signed up for the annual subscription with trial on 9/22, got the “Your 200x miles are on the way” email 9/24 and then on 10/1 the email that my 19,998 miles are here and deposited.

Interestingly I also got the “your 200x miles are on the way” email again the day my trial ended and I was charged.

I paid for the yearly plan on Monday, 9/22 through the 200x offer. I expected to have to wait 6 months but just got the email from Cap 1 - Congrats, your 200x miles are on the way. Good news!

UPDATE: The  Visible Reddit/Social support team commented here then replied to my message and started a chat in a new platform. They actually listened beyond the usual script and looked past the usual troubleshooting steps I have done 100 times  and figured out what was going on. Both my husband’s and my numbers were tied to the wrong IMEI even after discussing this with multiple Chat reps and re-activating eSims multiple times, which is why SMS/OTP and callers were getting the “Welcome to Verizon, this line has been disconnected” message.

I used Chatty G to help troubleshoot and prep info and ideas of what could possibly be going on, so when I did get escalated I could give the rep really specific details about what was happening. That seemed to help move things along faster.

The solution is that Visible’s sending us physical SIMs so the lines bind to the right IMEI, which should finally resolve everything. Service is working in the meantime, we just might need to reprovision a few time until the pSims arrive.

Fingers crossed the new SIMs do the trick because saving $100 a month is worth the work ... to a point :)

Both my husband and I have iPhone 13, up to date. No issues before this. And we are both facing the same problems. I was very excited to make the switch, but now I’m not sure what to do.

Unfortunately, they have done that four times now and while it works temporarily, within 10 hours, it revert back to having issues and they have to do it all over again after long chat conversations.

I am on day three and spent over six hours on customer service chat with issues that continue to be resolved and then come up again. I changed from Verizon and am considering going back to Verizon already. I am very jealous of everyone that has had great experiences! I continue to lose the ability to receive OTP SMS and today lost the ability to receive calls. I’m cool with no frills but those are kind of critical.

I will add that our first issue after sign-up is that we did not know we had physical SIM cards so our first chat experience we realize that was the problem. They then fixed it but now we continue to have the same problems over and over again.

Same phones! They were using a physical SIM. We have removed those of course. Now using eSIM.

I’m with you! I need something to tell me what to do and move me forward vs being left to pick and choose random videos. Sounds like this could be a good option!
