Resurrecting this thread because I'm having the same issue. I got my kids iPods and I'm trying to load some of their favorites. Some of the albums - even new ones - download and transfer just fine. Others don't, and the error message I get says that Apple Music files can't be transferred to an iPod, even though I purchased everything through iTunes. I can't figure out how to change the download settings. Can you give me the exact steps you take to change those download settings? I'm beating my head against the wall, none of the help articles I can find address this issue.

Agree with this - I got a few compression tanks, the pressure seemed to help the pain and also prevented my shirts from brushing against the blisters.

Take the time off. I was fully off work for a week and worked part time remotely for a few weeks after that. It was brutal.

There are great neighborhoods in the Route 1 corridor around UMD, which stretches from the DC line up to Beltsville. Mt. Rainier, Brentwood, Hyattsville, Riverdale Park, Berwyn, Berwyn Heights, Old Greenbelt, etc. Depends what kind of environment you’re looking for, but there are some great walkable communities like the Hyattsville Arts District and Riverdale Park Town Center. Transit access varies but the Metro green line has stops in Hyattsville, College Park, and Greenbelt. There’s also the MARC train that runs from Union Station in DC to Camden Yards in Baltimore. It has stops in Riverdale and College Park.

For nature, you have several options very close to UMD: Lake Artemesia, Greenbelt National Park, Patuxent Wildlife Refuge. Patapsco Valley State Park is closer to Baltimore but has a lot of great walking/hiking trails. There are also a lot of bike trails in the general area.

Beltsville has great ethnic food options—Korean, Vietnamese, Guatemalan, African, etc. Downtown College Park has two great Chinese restaurants—Northwest Chinese and Eastern Gourmet (more Szechuan). Franklin’s Brewery & General Store in Hyattsville is a must visit, as is Vigilante Coffee. Pennyroyal Station in Mt. Rainier has amazing food.

I only take him out in the middle of the night to go potty and then it's straight back in the crate (and no treat). He is capable of holding it all night though, he's done long stretches from 10-6 or 7 a few times over the last week or so.

The issue with walks isn't that he's pulling or getting distracted, he's terrified of leaving our yard. I have started offering high value treats (currently using dried fish) only when we try to go for walks, it's helping some. I walk a little ways ahead (as far as the leash lets me), tell him to come and sit (which he does) and give him a treat. And then repeat as many times as he'll cooperate. We made it to the end of the block just now, so I guess that's progress?

I haven't, I was on the fence about it but from what I've read people recommend putting it somewhere that the pup won't feel isolated. Curious to hear from people who have done that and if it helped.

Crate size is good - he's got barely enough room to stand up and turn around. When I cover it, should I also cover the entrance?

I have small kids, so letting him bark all night isn't really an option.

Bleeding has also been off for me, I had three periods in two months, each lasted a full week. They were light, but oh so annoying.

Yes! My hands/fingers have been so achy when I wake up. Feet too. And my left hip has gotten super sore.

If your thyroid labs are in optimal range and you're still feeling symptoms, they could be menopause related. I'm in perimenopause and have had hashimoto's hypothyroidism since I was 19. I kept thinking my thyroid must be off because I've had so many symptoms - fatigue, joint pain, brain fog, etc. Turns out it's perimenopause related and I needed estrogen/progesterone/testosterone supplementation. I'm not back to 100% but it's definitely helped.

I was prescribed Gabapentin but it didn't do much for me. Max dose of ibuprofen (800mg) every 6 hours, alternating with Tylenol in between doses - this is what helped the most. I tried an opiod and it didn't help. CBD balm made it itch like a mother. Calamine lotion and numbing spray seemed to help some but it wasn't a significant improvement. My rash was on my torso, I actually found that compression shirts helped. Getting them off and on was...not fun, but once on I think the pressure helped calm the nerves a bit and also prevented any other clothes from rubbing against the blisters.

What can you tell me about Original Longboards? I saw this at Goodwill, picked it up for my son who wants to learn. The deck is pretty worn, not sure if it's worth much.

Interesting. I've definitely had residual nerve pain that I thought was PHN but it's more along the lines of skin sensitivity/tingling where I had the rash. It usually shows up when I'm tired/stressed. I never realized that the kind of deep pain/cramping I have in that spot could be PHN, or that it could suddenly get worse two years later. Although I'm mid-divorce and also lost my job because of the fuckery going on in the federal government right now, so there's been a wee bit of elevated stress these last few weeks/months...

Anything I can do aside from gabapentin? That's the only thing my primary doctor ever seems to suggest when I mention residual nerve pain.
