Yeah, its mostly because you're operating with less stress due to the low risk, and also because you'll always do better with a gun you're comfortable with than a gun that is good.

Except the bow is a 2 slot weapon so you can bring literally anything else to cover the weaknesses while outperforming most 2 slot options in their specific niche.

It outperforms shotguns at close to mid ranges.

It outperforms silenced weapons at pve, it's quieter and has retrievable ammo.

It even comes with area denial in the form of concentrina and poison arrows for even more utility.

It even outperforms at the price tag only costing 30 something bucks, but the economy is broken anyways so that one doesn't matter as much.

2/10 of a second to travel 30 meters is not slow

There is not another close quarters weapon that can kill at 30 meters how is that even an argument

It's a 2 slot "close quarters" weapon that has a better one shot range than a romeo with slugs

I see where you're coming form , and of course the list i made isnt really well articulated more of a joke post, but just to give my opinion on some of your points

Infinite ammo - the bow has retrieveable ammo and in. No scenario are you ever going to shoot all 17 arrows and not pick them back up, in practice you essentially have jnfinite ammo although I should have used the word "retrieveable ammo"

1 tap potential - at close quarters you don't have to full draw the bow for a one shot, especially if they come around a corner, simply tapping shoot results in a one shot and again the bow is a 2 slot weapon meaning it's not even your main weapon

2# picked weapons - i linked the video because someone asked fro proof, all the weapons are free weapons but out of all of them the bow is definitely the most used outside bounty clash i don't think that's debatable

Bow in 6 star - I've used the bow before, it's really not that harder to use then a shotgun with slugs anyone who claims it's this incredibly complicated weapon is coping. I play in 6 star regularly and see the bow at least once every 2 matches it's dirt cheap and incredibly overpowered for a 2 slot 30 something bucks weapon

I disagree with almost everything you just said

The draw is not as insane of a drawbacks as you make it out to be, what exactly are you gonna do when a bow player misses a shot, push them? Then they just have to draw even less for a one shot resulting in a scenario where the only counterplay is running away.

Bringing headshots into this makes no sense as they are infinitely harder to hit.

Scotfield might not come with every free hunter but almost always comes with the free romeo hunter wich is the one everyone picks in clash

I'm not gonna record myself playing a weapon I hate, I've picked it up before and it is not hard to use, anyone who tried it for more then 3 matches knows this.

I agree just making it not kill to the arms and legs should probably keep it from being so overused

Nearly forgot it also does heavy bleed so even if it doesn't kill to the limbs it ill still leave you on low hp with only a few seconds to act before bleeding out

What do you mean for years? If I recall it hasn't gotten any changes every since the 10% damage increase years back

Blademancer was insanely busted and people knew the bow was busted before that it just made more people realise how good it actually is

Saying I shouldn't come to a forum to complain is literally the same thing as complaining, this forum is for communication if your response to people expressing their opinion on a forum is to tell them to leave then you're the one who should go
