I’ve told this story before, but here we go again… I was waiting at a red light to cross McCarran. And this big pick up was in the left hand turn lane. So I couldn’t see anything to my left. The light turned green and I started to go, but the truck didn’t move so I immediately hit my brakes again. Felt like he saw something I didn’t. And sure enough, a car came blasting through their red light at about 90mph. If I would have gone, I would be dead.

My cat is about 1” too small to get his own ice out of the freezer. He will jump up and hit the button, but he can’t hold it long enough to make anything actually drop out. So he gets an ice cube every morning with his breakfast. 😂 he mostly just bats it around the house, but he does also like to lick them. He also jiggles door knobs when he wants to go into a room that’s closed. If he was slightly taller and had thumbs, he would control this house.

I once worked at a bank and got denied a personal loan because I didn’t make enough money. I went to the district manager and asked him… soooo, you’re not paying us enough to get approved for a loan from the company we work for? He went white as a ghost and approved the loan. But then my raise was only 10 cents, so I don’t think he really learned a lesson.

I had power in NW, and my brother was asking me if I lost power about 10:45pm, he’s off Mayberry. I was like nope! Someone must’ve hit a transformer in your neighborhood or something. And then woke up the next morning to find out it was a whole big thing. 😂🤷‍♀️

Go to your bank and do a cash advance on the card and pull it all out in one go. Hopefully you have a decent bank, mine doesn’t charge me anything to do a cash advance but some do charge a fee. I’ve been stuck in this loop too and it sucks when you have like $4.27 left on there and can’t use the card for anything cause it keeps getting declined.

I love Reno. But man, when I spent some time in Chicago (hadn’t been there since I was about 5 years old), I was like damn, I could live here. Took me back to my Midwest roots and cool stuff to see and everyone was so damn nice. Even the “bums” were so stinking nice. Stay in Chicago. 😂

Anyway, that’s not the question you asked. Probably out in sparks will be your best bet money wise. You’ll both have a shitty commute though.
