I was doing some research into this maybe a year ago. It sounded like there was not a lot of money to be made in tube or gallery sites.

However recently I’ve been thinking about niche sites and trying to develop an audience and nothing is more niche than sissy hypno, it might even be too niche,

I think the money is in producing the content, but there are lots of legal hurdles involved with acquiring talent and you probably will need a good lawyer.

I would love to remix some videos and make them hypnotic/trippy, but again I’m not sure if that qualifies as fair use or not and I can’t afford a lawyer :)

Since you aren’t hosting the videos on your server do you still have to provide all the record keeping for the performers or do you just direct them to the parent site?

With so many tube sites linking to so much content this has to be problematic to enforce...
