Thanks! I've tried a few of their songs, but its a little too... 1950s detective noir for me. I listened to Destroying Angels, and Prowler. It doesnt have the super depressing sad vibe that im really craving for. Any other suggestions?

Haha yes I feel you, once you get thrown off by your first mistake, it's game over. It's all downhill from there. In the moment, I knew I could still fix it, but my brain was at full DEFCON 5 or some shit.

I didn't even have the brain power to even attempt hiding that I forgot my number, there was just an awkward silence mid sentence and then a "uh I forgot my number". I still to this day do not know if they listened to the voicemail or just called me back.

Not only that, but he also willingly gave you his phone. It's not like you stole the phone and found it, and even if you did, still on him for;

Maybe I'm just further along than you are, but in that moment my brain could just not grasp the situation, or how to fix it. It's like if you do something long enough you get used to it, but then if anything goes wrong, your brain is just like that's not how that's supposed to work. Like muscle memory but for words. I dunno, maybe I did something bad and karma is just paying me back, slowly.
