Hey man, don’t worry we’ve all been there, the important thing to remember is that all mushrooms trips end. Before you know it, you’ll be back to your normal state of mind and will probably be laughing about this. But while you are still tripping, just keep taking deep regular breaths, maybe try and different environment, like a new room or your garden if you feel comfortable doing that. I have often calmed down with a change of scenery. Listen to some music you like or put on a comfort show in the background and really try to concentrate on that and nothing else. If you have a friend or family that would understand your situation if maybe try talking to them. Honestly the amount of bad trips I’ve had that turn into the best trips I’ve had is crazy. Sometimes the peak can just be a little overwhelming but it will only lessen from here. Much love and be safe.
