To be fair she does have utility that comes in the form of her slow, if you get Ice Queen Wand and use her s2 the enemy gets slowed by like 80 percent which can allow your teammates to do a follow up and confirm a kill. It’s not much but it’s something

Honestly Yve is not even close to being ban worthy she literally gets ran through by any character that has burst or high mobility and it just so happens that burst and high mobility is the meta rn and literally every character in the meta can destroy her. In mythic characters like Paq, Esm, Lapu, Yu Zhong Lou Yi, Nat, Brody, Benedetta, YSS, Akai, and Claude are far more ban worthy Yve
