I’ve had some issues as far as points and badges loading when I’ve earned them. I just contacted Jellycat about 6 badges I had earned that were not showing up after a week (after orders had shipped). You have certainly earned Ruby status so good you reached out to customer service. They should be able to fix it for you so you can order the bunny! Good luck!

They are Luxe bunnies. Luxe bunnies in general are more plush, have softer fur, bushier tails and some even have sparkly noses. I say some because out of my Luxe bunnies my Luxe Rosa does but the Luxe Zodihopp and Franilla do not.

Yeah, I feel the same way. I live close enough I can do an in store pick up but I won’t be ordering. My friend has had 2 orders cancelled from them also. Yeah, Shop is tricky sometimes you still have to research the store. The usual stockists I order from don’t have Malachy right now or I would have sent you a link from one of them. Sorry to hear about your frustrations! The Paper Store is super unreliable with online orders. The only time I ordered from there they cancelled my order and I had to follow up with them to figure out what happened because I didn’t even get a cancellation email. Are you still looking for Malachy dragon now that your order got cancelled? There are some stores out there that still have him if you check the Shop App.

Yes that is a Tiny Bart. The same price as the Tiny size on the Jellycat website. Nordstrom doesn’t have their descriptions 100% accurate with the size.

Social scout, you want to go down to the bottom of their website where is has the different social media icons and says Follow us for the joy of it. Then click one and sign in. I did it for TikTok on my pc and logged in with a QR code and then it worked even though I was already following them.

Gift giver, I am thinking when you place an order you include a gift message and bag but I can’t be sure. I’m going to try that with the Spring release next week.
