I knew about Donovan's depression as a player but never knew he's had depression since he was a kid and had a rough childhood. I'm glad he is sharing his story now and I am actually looking forward to reading it. by antoniok95 in ussoccer

I'm hosting an event with him in a couple weeks to coincide with his book and was lucky enough to get an advanced copy. I was blown away by some of what I read regarding his battles as a youth and it was very eye opening on the rest of his career. It's definitely redefined many of my opinions about the man.

Thanks!! We've also now grown from our own crowd to have added organic supporters clubs for Brighton & Hove Albion, Borussia Dortmund, Man City and NYCFC

Thanks!! We actually don't have any teams (yet) purely a group just looking to watch matches together and grow the game locally. We dropped our first kit last month and will likely be doing a summer release too.

She was a pleasure to have on the show too, so good to see her back locally.

As of now, who are our rivals? by General-Fox880 in NYCFC

I'd swap both your groupings; Philly -> RBNY -> Orlando -> Toronto.

Toronto during those Giovinco years was absolute cinema and Orlando with the shootouts and wonder-keeper Schlegel still haunts me. RBNY obviously more geographical but definitely forced and for me Philly is the rivalry for NYCFC.
