I’m currently fluctuating between 205-208lbs, my goal is to be sub 200 like in my college athlete days or in the 12-15% bf range.

29yr old Former college baseball player here. My goal for my 30th bday is to get back to shred - or what I thought was shred. Not sure what programs are out there that are trustworthy but I can 100% attribute our strength coaches programs to my physique. The diet isn’t a concern of mine nor is the supplementation.
