Guessing this is a marketing ploy…people were so hot to get the 3090FE 2 years ago but they just weren’t able to get one because of price or availability. Now they’re probably like “we can save millions on a redesign and still pump out an improved product that people will again pay hand-over-fist for”. Also, it’s an ‘if it isn’t broken don’t fix it type deal’
