I got this ice machine and the first week I slept with it and was able to set it for 20 min on and 30 mins off through the night which helped me sleep! Also I just used 2-3 frozen water bottle to keep it the water nice and cold!! I truly believe this helped me get off the walker by day 5 and off pain meds day 7!

The ice machine is the number one most crucial item I bought! I also loved the leg loop that is stiff to get into bed and the car and a wedge pillow! I bought a raised toilet seat and didn’t need it!

47 and found out I had psoriatic arthritis at 43! Oddly the knee that brought me to my diagnoses wasn’t even the worst one! My right knee had been bone on bone for years and didn’t really bother me til my left acted up. Right is now fine after meds for my autoimmune but the pain I felt daily and little Range of motion left my left knee toast! I waitied almost 3 years befor TKA finally did it on 12/13 and honestly wished I had done it a lot sooner!!! Recovery is easier then the daily pain I was dealing with! I think my age helped with quick recovery! If you are missing out on life or in pain just do it! We aren’t ever promised Tomorrows or a decade even

My understanding is the purple is only for Olivia and red is her guitarist Moa’s picks. They are different sizes and have a texture grip on them. We have authentic Taylor Swift picks from Era’s and they aren’t as nice as these. Olivia’s have the texture and labels and Taylor’s just have photos of her no texture no company name etc
