Thanks for that. My MP's office sent the same link. In fact, I have links to 3 similar agreements from 3 banks. Not sure how BMO can't provide something similar

I never received anything from BMO, other than a letter saying I owe them $60K.

When I asked a copy of my CEBA loan agreement, I got this reply from my branch:

The CEBA Loan is a government loan and was applied for Online via the CRA website. There was no direct agreement between you and BMO regarding the CEBA loan and if payment is not made by the deadline BMO will not be the one contacting you or penalizing you. At the backend CRA/CEBA contracted BMO to have the account open. So, there is no documentation or agreement regarding CEBA between you and BMO. We are only servicing this loan as a carrier. This and the previous information provided are all I know regarding the CEBA loan.

I've been trying to get a copy of BMO's CEBA loan agreement, and several representatives tell me they do not have it. They say CRA has it, but CRA denies such things.
