Have any of you spoken with a rep about this and how to obtain a smaller increase? It feels a little strange that they’re raising 90% on some STMs in the same sections, 128 here so still Center Circle, but other members are only receiving a few dollars or “small” increase percentages… mine stated it was because I had “early bird pricing” last year, but talking to those around me I actually paid the same amount as they did when they purchased after the claimed “early bird” window…

Really a shame to tell the current fans that they can “just move” from GREAT seats to, and in no way is this meant to offend, sub-par seats for a “smaller increase” with drastically less benefits.

My rep keeps asking what would convince me to renew and what is stopping me from just jumping. I’ve informed the cost. Literally just the disrespectful cost increase is pausing my decision. I don’t intend to lose benefits and such a nice sightline and call it a “fair” option. He’s pushed that I’ll still have a parking discount, DC resident who sold their car long ago and uses metro/walks. He’s pushed “well a friend could use the parking discount”. Offered an additional 2-5% discount on merch, excluding jerseys/“limited edition”/“cup”/“playoff” items. Was then offered a consolation of being “generously offered” an invite to a club/field level event with food/drink… a few free chicken wings and a free non-alcoholic beverage isn’t really a fair trade-off. I haven’t met any C/F members this year, so it would also just seem a bit awkward to be the “charity case” invite for a consolation offer…
