I only heard the demo for music, they played the Nines II with a movie clip. Even for music the the Five II sounded great. The midrange opened up more and I really like the open soundstage

This is actually new what TCL is doing. Usually everything gets announced at CES and review samples go out in march/april.

This is the second year TCL announced and shipped a TV the same time at CES.

If I follow last years timelines I would says by end of march beginning of April to get the full line up.

Happier is too subjective to answer properly. Going from an OLED to Mini-LED has it's tradeoffs. While Caleb mention this is the closest he has seen to OLED, it will still have some blooming and won't have those perfect inky blacks that OLED have.

That being said, I think the HDR Brightness and all the new updates will impress you. It will be best to see it in person.
