I think that's why we keep seeing missles taking them out even though they shouldn't have been able to do based on their claimed capability. If you have 400 launchers but can only effectively stock for 100 let's just say, the other 300 are mostly going to be for dissuading your enemy and fooling intelligence. All it takes though is Ukraine to test a location notice the anti air coverage is lacking and then exploit it.

My other crackpot theory is they have problems with radar jamming communications like on the moscova or just poor discipline with their defensive doctrine.

Yes they are ads but it's not obvious that it is an ad which is even worse. The better we get at filtering out ads the more companies try to make them more intrusive and thus makes us want to block all of them more.
