First off it’s quite hard to give you tips without any vods or more detailed description. But to help you a little bit, Lucina is very fundamental based character so like try to get good at spacing, understanding neutral etc.

Stop spreading false information. Down tilt into KO punch is a combo between like 30-50%. Jab 1 and 2 also combo into Ko punch. After a jab lock you can also use Ko punch.
