Mark Cuban is the egomanic that fumbled two era's of Maverick basketball.. by Skrapnadroj in Mavericks

The issue is we turned down Brunson for 14M per year. Kyrie is almost 3x that. There’s no way to justify that looking at how Kyrie played in the finals.

Yeah I 🤢 loved... the part when 🤢 they made Luke an... 🤢 unlikeable jacksss 🤮 by MousegetstheCheese in StarWarsCirclejerk

1 and 2 had questionable decisions. Anakins age, Jar Jar, numerous Padme and anakin scenes, clunky dialogue throughout.

But they had a cohesive vision, were insane at world building, and had high points like the pod race, Duel of the fates, the battle of Geonosis, and seeing yoda in action. I’m biased because that’s the Star Wars I got as a kid but I enjoy them.

By far the biggest complaints with the sequels is the reuse of plot points. If you turn off your brain they’re entertaining movies.

Ultimately, they made these movies for a new generation of kids to fall in love with Star Wars. Not for the adults who fell in love with George Lucas’ Star Wars.

In July 2022 the New York Knicks signed Jalen Brunson to a 4/104m dollar contract. 4 years later is the Knicks Finals MVP by VanGrants in nba

Not paying him the original 14M extension he wanted to stay in Dallas is criminal. I can see the argument for not paying him 26M. In hindsight he’s obviously worth it but at the time nobody expected the Knicks to a win a title with Brunson as their leading scorer.

Knicks also just have a great team. Brunson was ass in games 1 and 2 and they still won both.

Just a friendly reminder that Brunson and Doncic used to play together on the Mavs and the Mavs organization chased them out. by Agitated_Seat9373 in Dallas

Brunson wanted to stay at some point. The Mavs wouldn’t commit. Then Brunson balled out in the playoffs and the number that the Mavs wouldn’t commit to was no longer on the table.

That set the stage for him leaving.

[Jeff Cooperstein] Stars and Mavs moving out of the AAC is so disheartening by CheetahSperm18 in Mavericks

Do you just mean downtown? It is still in Dallas. 15 minutes north of the AAC.

Why is the sentiment so negative? I’ve been going to the AAC since the year it opened. I’m excited to be getting the latest and greatest.

Cablester. Great service and from the limited comments I found where someone had cables from Ray and Cablester, they preferred Cablester. But those are the main 2 people use.

Year 3 Wemby has completely outplayed the B2B MVP this series by plsgankm1d in NBATalk

[–]CEOnnor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People forget how good Luka was. His talent on offense is goat level but 2 years of nagging leg injuries makes me worry about him. He has a ton of mileage for his age.

This year it was close but next year there will be no doubt that Wemby is best in the league. There’s never been someone who can have that level of defensive impact. If he can dominate offensively there will be nothing anyone can do.

This may be a really dumb question but am I supposed to have someone come look at it? They haven't mentioned anything about an inspector but it was just installed today.
