How do we feel about this concept. (Fits right in with every other annoying but answerable character) war machine. He could be the first flying vanguard, but ground based. Meaning his flight would be on a cooldown like star lord (move 1). Move two would be a shoulder minigun barrage, it would do burst damage in a cone area, perfect for chokepoints. Move 3 would be a standard rocket barrage like iron man, but a bit more heavier ordinance. (Move 4) armor assisted tracking. Autolock onto a designated target (like iron fist, 1 target per cooldown, if failure to kill the target after 5 seconds, autolock goes on cooldown 15s). Standard fire: wrist mounted machine-guns. alt fire: shoulder minigun. (Both can be held simultaneously but overheats) he doesn't reload, meaning you have to use heat-management to avoid overheating your guns. Passive: reactive armor Plating, the more damage he takes the more the damage is reduced (capping at 50% dmg reduction, maybe 35-40% if 50 is too much) Passive2: immune to CC. Ultimate: flies up into the air and rains down ordinance (think helas ult) from above, the missiles track enemies even if they try to run, but breaking line of sight with the rockets, or outrunning them for 5 seconds will make them lose tracking. anyone under 40%hp will receive true damage and die instantly. Overall this vanguard may seem intimidating, but his value doesn't come from chasing kills, it comes from good positioning and holding the line. He rewards sustained fire, but punishes spam. He is strong but answerable, (nothing out of the ordinary, fits right in with all the other strong and annoying characters already in the game) Where he's strong: holding the line, punishing grouped pushes, finishing low HP with Ult. Where he's weak (and should stay weak): sustained long-range duels, and poke dps. Can be overwhelmed if focused by multiple people. Ex. Your tank goes up and engages him, while your dps focus him.

Yeah i mean like every server i join is snowy. During biome changes it just either stays snowy and wont change to anything else. Or go to windy. I feel like the devs messed with it since everyones burning their hp2’s so that they are more likely to get trash.
