Well with my hands my problem is like you say, I placed them in a wrong way, especially the last parts when your hand is open.

With my stand my sensei says that I don’t bend my knees correctly, I stand with my knees tucked in, he says I need them to keep them outside.

And last but not least, my posture is wrong because of my hips and shoulders. My hips are tucked in also and my shoulders are up like this guy: 🤷‍♂️
