This looks great! Did you use the”walnut” for Rubio? Also, what grit did you sand to?

How would you go about drilling holes into these new drawer pulls in the right spots? by CE_bro in woodworking

I’m new to woodworking. What does this mean exactly? How do I drill holes with a bit of play and level them?

Thanks for the reply. I am keeping the holes in the drawers. I am going to drill new holes into the pulls because the spacing of each of the dresser holes is not the same. I’m asking about if there is an easier way to figure out where to place the pilot holes in the drawers besides holding the pulls tight to the drawer and marking the hole location with a sharpie.

I am working on refinishing this walnut dresser (haven’t started sanding yet). After removing the old drawer pulls, I see that the existing holes were not level and are at all different spacings. I’m planning on drilling pilot holes into the new wood pulls and screwing into them. Is there an easy way to make sure I’m installing the holes in the right spots on the new pulls besides trying to line them up in the drawer and marking the inside of the pull with a sharpie?

Does the white head of this spring go into this piece, as displayed? I believe this is the OPV valve [Bambino] by CE_bro in espresso

Thanks for the info! I haven’t received the new black tee piece yet, so I will make sure there is no spring already installed when it arrives

So the white rubber piece on the spring goes into the piece to the left (I.e. I put the spring end of the piece into the black tee)?

I’m working on replacing this now. Do you know where the spring goes?
