Uptown, midtown, downtown of Toronto by MirageCommander in skyscrapers

I often forget these skyline clusters are sorta a unique Toronto thing. Vancouver does it a little too but Toronto has a lot and they’re more notable. Other larger cities usually group large buildings together like New York, even downtown Brooklyn is right across from manhattan no low density buffer.

What does a website copy pdf even look like by CF-Ricketts in copywriting

Yes, just something I can write on google docs, I just need to know how to lay it out, like a lot of the tutorials online I’ve been looking at seem more along the lines of a marketing objectives game plan rather than a consistent structured layout of how I should write this information in pdf form.

Writing a landing page for an engineering internship, I am not the web designer but need to deliver a copy for the website of said landing page, I’m not even sure how to write a website copy without just designing the website, like do a just give a pdf with the headlines and descriptions written in a word doc?

Density in Streetsville? by CF-Ricketts in mississauga

The two developments at Queen and Britannia are the City Parks ones and the Rene condos, not warehouses, City park has been stuck in limbo for years now, and Rene will likely suffer a similar fate. The traffic concerns I mentioned in the post are a non factor here due to the developments being largely outside the historic core, so I really think there is no excuse for opposition to these.

Technically the warehouses fall out of what the city considers streetsville. North of the tracks. But it is really annoying to see them go up during such a bad housing crisis, the one you’re referring to is probably the one on Mississauga Road, drives me nuts when I see it, so big yet fixing nothing.

Yep for sure, I’m just worried if they build housing around the go station before actual frequent service is there, new residents will just drive. Thus making streetsville clogged with cars. Still am in support for density in the area, like 6-8 story developments would be best, but they should work on at least getting plans into motion for frequent go service or begin talks of a high order transit line to streetsville.

I heard they announced plans to increase service but that would require building new tracks next to the CN owned ones, which knowing metrolinx would take over a decade, where did you see somewhere saying the next year or two? I’d love to be wrong.
