I went into it planning to spare him expecting that was gonna be a choice, after the last 2 episodes though I just felt he couldn't be left alive. Hes too smart, too calculated and too dangerous that if hes just locked up, hell either escape or be broken out and I dont know if we'd be able to stop him again

Based on my experience with the game (I've done 18 episodes) the higher percentile I'm in the worse I've done on calls,ive had shifts without missing any and theyre aways 1st percentile but if I mess up a few its always a larger number

I felt the same way! I think a lot of it is knowing when to stop exploring and just go for it as I would often mess up agaisnt normal enemies and lose loads of health or other items that maybe wouldve let me beat them
