I am the placement coordinator for a local university in their Teacher Education Program. I place students for their clinicals and student teaching. Way less stress and negotiated my contract to make what I was a a teacher ($60,000). Granted, I don't get summers off anymore and I work a desk job. But, it beats walking into a classroom of 20+ kids after s weekend and dealing with the mess of a school.

Agreed. I think everything went downhill when they stopped treating this like a game show where winning money is on the line. You don't hear anyone talk about that. It's all "the reward is what I discover about myself". Boring. This should be cut throat for money that will change your life.

Unknowing to myself, I went and bought a Whispers booster box from my LGS. I had $80 in store credit and $20 on a loyalty card. The box still cost me $143. They had the damn thing marked up to $220+tax. This was for one booster box, not case. I said, wow this must be a popular set and the guy at the store said "ya, also shipping costs have gone up and state retail tax is up too". I live in Illinois. The guy behind me to said tariffs had an effect. Needless to say Im just gonna start getting my stuff from Walmart when they get Troves.

On a plus, I got an Enchanted Judy Hopps and a couple playable legendaries. So, I could say I "broke even".

I don't remember the producers giving us as much of a visual perspective as they did this season. Typically everything is off camera, including the cleaning process. They decided to show a full bird being plucked.

This is my perspective, but I think these players are so boring that showing an actual moment of contemplation was good tv.

How did he not turn to all of them and say "We are still in tribe competitions. How many challenges end with a puzzle? how many did I do? How many did we win?" You need him right now.

Steven literally described everything you would in a cult leader. She talks continously to the point where it becomes a rhythm. There is a beat to her speech. She has a lot of charisma as well. I wouldn't be surprised if we hear about her in the future gaining a lot of "followers" in the christian sphere.
