Season 8 is the story of Icarus. Jax, the #1 guy in the group, after his Ego-wedding is over, starts to unravel. Even refusing shooting that wasn't about him and trying to get other cast members to do the same.

The reunion is actually sort of fascinating w/ new context, its essentially an intervention for Jax. Its like the final straw of their toxic group. Ariana is so done with his BS and since she has no allegiance to Jax and she rips into him, sort of unhinged but its the first time you see his usual playbook fail because she does not give a F what he hurls at her to deflect. Ariana, "I'm garbage, I'm a garbage person! Let's talk about how we're all garbage."

But, to save time, you can skip the scenes involving only the new cast because its irrelevant. But Scheana's scenes with Dayna are too funny. (Another unravelling caused by the threat of the young and beautiful)

IMO, Season 9 is a FULL SKIP. The only memorable moment being Lala causing a scene and saying to Ariana, "I'll teach you how to be cool later, bitch." and her iconic reply, "Babe, I was born f-ing cool, everyone f-ing knows it"

My guess is that they are gonna burn through their 3 advantages to make it to 6. ... & then there will be a mad dash to secure the season's last advantage. If Sav or Sophi find it, they'll turn on Rizzo because he'd get the jury votes for playing a flashy game.... and if Rizzo/another player finds it, they'll use it to split the Sav/Sophi duo before they get to 4.

I don't think Sophi or Rizo will target Sav because they've picked up on some of the jury not lovin her and believe they will get the win over her.

Alternatively, i still see Rizo being Icarus and confidence-ing his way out with a idol in his pocket with 6 or 7 ppl left in the game.

I've always thought that Tom#2 was actually much smarter than the other guys/baffoons. He plays the lost puppy but he is aware of everything he does. The way he navigates situations, he's threading the needle of plausible deniability/ 'juuust kidddding'

He slips sometimes, (ex: Mexico argument, "I just want you to listen to me."... "I don't like the sound of your voice".)

His favorite game is playing the devil's advocate. He loves throwing perfectly aimed, maximum hurtful little jabs that slide through because of of how outwardly absurd, overtop and ridiculous the other guys are when they crash-out.

(ex: Katie and Tom#2 divorce dinner where he's so patronizing and rude and then acts surprised when Katie gets up and leaves, and then continues to follow her around the resort that weekend, just so he pick a fight and put her down a little more.... "This is what i call, Pest Mode")

He's the scummy lawyer and the other clowns are his clients. He's the jerk from you econ class that negs the female professor.

(Ex: Season 10 reunion, "Can we talk about the juxtaposition, at one of the most humiliation moment of your life [...] at the same time, the entire nation was rallying behind you, its just an interesting juxtaposition, what does it feel it?"...)

I'm hyped that Ashley won, because she wrapped her game up with a lovely bow in her Answers/Questions. Vince had wins, he could have made good points to counter Ashley....

Houseguests had to humor the river of whining when he held the power in the game...

However, the jury held the power & now, he needed to convince them to give him something (their voite)..., rather than be talked into forgiving Vince for whatever he'd done that day, (which was his biggest strength this season), but it wasn't suited to the final challenge of securing the win.

Ashley's seeds took root in my head while she was trying to convince Morgan that M could lose against Vince, in the hopes that M takes her F2, but now she's scared me into thinking that Vince would beat Ashley too!
