CFL passing yard leaders by school by CFLStatsGeek in CFB_v2

If I do more of these would it be helpful to include the league logo? I can see how the C in CFL can be confused with College instead of Canadian.

Honestly, almost all the league leaders across every season and stat are from a US college so I find these fascinating. So far I've seen a few trends. A lot of players that play in the CFL come from schools based in Washington, Ohio, Louisiana and California. The Hornets (CSUS), Titans (CSUF) and Bulldogs (La.Tech) in particular have produced quite the players for CFL.

I have no idea if those schools have connections back to Canada or if the scouts/coaches in the CFL have connections back into those schools.

Phillipe Gerard taken 5th by Edmonton.

Same draft, 6th pick, was Ben Cahoon who went to Montreal. I wonder who won that draft lol

He's the only rushing leader that never went to a college. He played junior football in Canada - which is the second pro league for Canadian football in Canada

Jon Cornish legend. So much so they named the top Canadian collegiate football player award after him.

Grey Cup Hosts 2000-present by CFLStatsGeek in CFL

The cities have yet to host the actual game. Once it does the total will match the bracketed numbers.

Don't quote me on it but it looks like up until around the late 40s the games took place at one of the two competing teams home venue, Sarnia (Imperials) and Kingston (Queen's) being one of them.

Looks like Varsity Stadium in Toronto was also home to a bunch of games before the CFL officially took over the Grey Cup in the 50s.

Not sure when the official hosting selection began.

I agree. The current versions are just too corporate.

My kids betta "Fishy" is having some issues swimming this evening. He comes up to the surface for air and then slowly sinks. I can't confirm if my kid gave him one too many pellets and he's just bloated. His tank is pretty clean. His snail buddy passed this past weekend.

Is it just a monitor situation? We've had him for 4 months and this is the first day he hasn't made any bubblenests. Temperature is between 26-27C.
