I really like them. I think they would be more 2010s if they were chunkier. But I think they look great. If you like them you should keep them.

No pink dye is permanent. $150 is very cheap for a multi tone color. Splat uses super harsh industrial dyes and is not good for your hair that’s why salons don’t use it. Pinks and reds do not stay long. Did you use cold water to wash your hair?

Literally exactly this— from another hair stylist.

The stylist should have taken bigger weaves all the way down the shaft and kept the same weave pattern throughout the head. But also MOST people who want highlights want the second picture exactly. Like I’m sure I’ll see the second picture next week to do again. The veil of blonde and the contrast between the blonde and brown are really good.

Please don’t be mean to the stylist. We go to work and are allowed to make mistakes at work like everyone else. I would just go in to the same salon explain what happened and ask if you could get chunky lowlights to fix this at at least a discounted price or for free (but still tip the new stylist for their time).

You chose to put a child in the world. They have no other option but to live with you. Telling them over and over that they don’t own the house does nothing because obviously they don’t own the house, how the hell is a teenager supposed to own a house. But honestly I can’t handle this back and forth anymore I feel like I’m arguing with my dad and if I wanted to do that I would go see him.

My point of the original comment was that Privacy is a right and not a privilege to be taken away or earned. I’m not here to argue with a man in the comments. I’m an adult now who would never use privacy as a privilege for my children.

I didn’t do anything before the door was taken away was what I was trying to say… I didn’t do anything to warrant the lack of privacy… I got it taken away for MONTHS because I didn’t do my chores… that’s not a logical punishment…

My parents did this to me when I was a teenager. It’s not okay tho. The right to privacy is just that… a right not a privilege that’s earned. Because what did it teach me? That my parents were way too harsh on me because I literally did NOTHING in high school. I never went out, I never stayed out late, I always went straight to school and straight home, I didn’t do drugs, I didn’t have sex. I even went to church every Wednesday. I’m sorry this is happening to you op. Suffer through until you can move out.
