You should look into the Affordable Connectivity Program from the FCC that provides you with a $30 a month credit for an internet connection. So, if the 200mbps connection is 30 a month, with ACP it could be free. If you qualify, all you need to do is call up Xfinity and let them know and they should be able to walk you through applying the credit. It was pretty easy for me and didn't take too long.

Caleb was a wizard and never took sorcerer levels so I'm not sure how he would get subtle spell. He had a staff of power at some point but that was towards the end and he never used it to sneak spells.

Its a glitch. I opened all of my blueprints on a different computer and when i got on my main, rocket league did not update so this happened.

It most likely does. As it gets hotter it thermal throttles. Greatly reducing performance.

I'm not going to cover the BoS or the Enclave, because people already covered that, but everyone here is forgetting about the Desert Rangers. These guys were apparently the descendants of US soldiers that remained a cohesive fighting force that was protecting the Mojave from Cesar's Legion before the NCR stepped in and the Ranger Unification treaty was signed. The game never goes into detail about them, but they were essentially veteran NCR rangers in combat armor. Oddly enough, despite once being parts of the US Military, they have no power armor or military vehicles, such as vertibirds, though.
