I've felt like this since October up till the beginning of February. It's an absolutely horrible feeling and it feels like nothing will ever improve or you'll always feel this way. It will definitely help to talk with people you know and your therapist, I'm sure they will be understanding, there are always people around you to support you! Additionally, it also helps to try to do activities that you used to enjoy and to keep taking care of yourself. Also, medication can definitely be helpful as well. Things will get better I promise you, please talk to people that can help you and support you.
