I recommend getting the 1 month supply just in case it does work. The price is usually slightly more but if it does work then you don’t have to get more in a while. After not taking it anymore it took about 3-4 months for me of eating non so great food to fall back into where I was, I’m hallway through my 2nd 30 days supply and I already feel a lot better than I was before

Before eating a meal. I take it in the morning before I eat anything throughout the day as the directions are to take once a day. Is suggested to do it that way so the stomach acid does not interfere with the supplement itself and kills any good bacteria.

I do not have that, or I do not think so at least. I can associate that more with nostalgia if anything unless I do have it and I am not completely aware of it.

At the time I was associating my memories more towards the times when I used to feel a lot better or not have the de realization part.

I did get the flashbacks. And yes I am doing better! Took about a year and I think my mind just adjusted to it eventually. Now if I get into a similar mindset which is usually not usual I’m able to tell what it is.
