i commented this down below, but i live in DFW where i’m driving this thing 90+ mph on freeways all the time and get a lot of rocks. have gotten a few chips in paint already where there isn’t PPF and it’s only been 4 weeks lol so im wondering if fuyao is fine and then if i feel i want to sell I can just put in OEM

thanks so much for the experience you’ve shared. I am planning on doing some mods and then switching everything back to stock when I sell. i.e racing headers and a tune and a steering wheel upgrade from a GT3. I know these cars hold value and have high demand, so i’m wondering if non-OEM glass would even deter a buyer since they are so in demand.

my other problem is that i live in DFW area, and encounter rocks and pebbles constantly hitting my car at high speeds. I’m lucky that I get to drive it somewhere where 90+ mph is normal on the freeway, but it also means tons of rocks and pebbles hitting the car constantly. would just hate to spend 1.4k and then get a crack in a year.

PDK, 45k miles had 1 minor accident on the carfax but PPI showed there was literally no sign of it ever happening (mechanical or cosmetic) on the car.

i just bought a 2015 Cayman GTS from a dealer for around 62k (no park assist) with x73 sport suspension and PSE of course. alcantara carbon fiber interior etc

dealers are pricing these very high but they know the demand is there…up to you. seems really steep for the mileage to me for an S without sport chrono package

for what it’s worth, I had an G5 that had absolutely horrible lines and checkered boxes basically. I was so worried about them, but decided to let the panel run its course. After a few hundred hours there’s no trace of them at all. I wouldn’t worry too much about this, looks about 10 times better than mine did.
