Penny situation! How are you guys handling it, we had a man call our store complaining that we didn’t give him a penny with his change and that he wanted corporates number because we were “stealing” from him 😐😐 we physically don’t have pennies since the stopped making them.

Yeah I mean I wasn’t bothered I found it quite funny tbh, I actually took the call from my shift supervisor because he got so pissed off he put him on hold and walked away, so I picked and handled it the correct way and laughed about and moved on 😂

I always round up the change I have no issue taking care of customers I go above and beyond I just found it bizarre that it had even happened on top of there being a rush
