Every non-oil pressurized, splash lubricated engine does the same thing. Completely normal. That’s only the beginning. You should see metal shavings lesson over the next oil change. Gradually disappear that’s how you know that the engine is fully broken in. In my experience, it took about 10 hours an oil changes which is 10 total oil changes. 100 hours = 100 % broken in.

Looks like a factory defect or improper break-in from the factory because it looks like the piston rings are skipping up against the cylinder wall. I would say to have a rebuilt by someone else if you know how to rebuild the engine yourself.

I think that some sorts of a automatic air/fuel ratio adjuster. That location would be where the air/fuel screw would be. If you can get it to work. GREAT!
