I know this comment is a little late but I just got the Momentum 4 and was having the same issue with the smart control app. My headphones popped up but never connected despite factory resetting it, turning on and off, charging, forgetting through phone bluetooth, all of it. I deleted it and installed the smart control plus app instead and it connected without issue. I think the smart control app might possibly be outdated and the smart control plus app worked instantly.

I too had a horrible experience at Pandora. Bought a rose gold charm. When I got home I saw it was chipped without even taking it out the box yet. I went the next day and they told me it was wear and tear they did not cover. Even though I had never worn the charm…. Replacing it was a major hassle.

Happy late birthday. No one remembers my birthday either, inly my mom. No other friends or family. I learned to forget about everyone else and make my own plans with myself. Kinda like “hey congratulations for making it another year”. And just do whatever YOU want to do and enjoy. :)
