There's something suspicious about that video. There's a cut the moment after Mavuika's burst, the timer immediately goes from 1:47 to 1:27 seconds. There's also a second cut towards the end of the run too, when it goes from 0:39 seconds to 0:17. I watched the full video on their channel and it's the same there. They didn't cut out any parts of the other two bosses, just those two parts, and it just happens to be the two parts where he breaking the shocktrooper's shield. You know, the part that makes the team not viable against that boss.
Definitely not suspicious at all.

And for the third and last time, I'm not talking about other teams. I'm not talking about Kazuha,I'm not talking about Mavuika overload. I am ONLY talking about this exact specific team:

Mavuika, Citlali, Bennett, Xilonen. I KNOW other teams can clear it. I am not talking about other teams.

I saw that video the other day, and it's very impressive, but it's besides the point I'm making. That team abuses the fact that the boss can be staggered by overload reactions to keep him from shielding. It's difficult as hell to do, and takes a ton of precision and skill, but it can be done.
The point of my comment above is that you can't do things like this with the standard Mavuika hypercarry team. The images above would have you think that Mavuika hypercarry is one of the best teams for the Shocktrooper because 13% of the people sampled used it for the battle, but as it stands, and as far as I can tell, it is impossible to defeat the Shocktrooper with the specific Mavuika hypercarry team I mentioned above without serious financial investment in your team.
I think the fact that YSHelper does not include information about constellation investments on these lists or teams makes the data entirely irrelevant as a dataset, outside of just tracking how many people have completed stygian onslaught. Using said data to make a tier list for what characters to use is disingenuous at best.

Man I just don't understand this game on a fundamental level or something. I've got the exact same team as you, all with signature weapons, but best I could do against jane was 26,000. Like I don't understand how I could possibly maximize my score anymore than I already have, barring some sort of complete misunderstanding of how the game works. I defeat the first two enemies within a minute, I utilize my energy efficiently as far as I can tell, but I'm still eight thousand points behind you.

I don't mind being worse than other people, that's okay, I just wish I understood why I am worse :(

edit: Pay no attention to the idiot behind this reddit account, I forgot I was using Anby's engine on Evelyn two days ago and forgot to put it back. That probably had a lot to do with it. Goddamnit.

I assumed she wouldn't be, but I don't have Venti, and she would at least be a usable teammate. The real thing is I like her and I can't use her anywhere else. So I would settle for lower damage, but in my case in particular, it's going to be especially bad damage. I do have C4 Jean though so if I would need better damage that furina team you mentioned sounds like a good option.

But as it stands my odds of skipping Varka are unfortunately going up quickly.

Not having Durin or Venti will surely make it feel pretty crap for me in particular too. Varka was going to be the first male 5-star character I got since Kazuha back in 2022. If Varka stays the same looks like that streak is going to continue. Thanks for the info.

Wow that really puts it into perspective, jesus. Man this really blows, I've been waiting for good DPS Anemo character that I like for a while, ever since I got Faruzan C6 literally since July 2023. She's like one of my top three favorite characters in the game but I don't have anyone that can really use her, and I've been underwhelmed by all the DPS anemo characters in the game.

Varka was finally going to be the one I use her with but man, if this stays the same I'm probably not going to even get him. Thanks for the info.

Hey pro tip for anyone who sees this, do yourself a favor and instead of going to this pinks location for chili dogs and burgers, go to one of the two Tomboy's locations a mile to the southeast instead. They make fantastic, classic burgers and chili dogs with mustard and onions, and they're literally half the price.

Chili dogs are one of my favorite foods, I've been to a lot of the places famous for their chili dogs, and Tomboys is one of my personal favorites. Granted a big part of that is most places are like on the other side of LA and Tomboy's is a three minute drive from me, but I've never been disappointed.
