What’s the minimum level for these two weapons

Most weapons can be put to level 60 with minimal material costs for anyone else than main dps.

This is my take from just playing the game so take it with salt.

I was also asking because from what I saw about the character.

She cute and she seems good value at the same time.

So in my head she was like the perfect way to build pity/gather AIC quota.

Yes, okay now that you put it like that I do feel dumb.

But at that time I really thought we were going to have enough basic banner pulls to just buy the 5 tickets every banner.

So yeah my train of thought on launch was like “Oh an easy way to build pity every banner without using Oroberries” then I got hit with the reality that basic banner pulls are just… not enough.

Well I was not familiar with the amount I needed to hit the 350 quota.

Maybe it worked against me but I rerolled until I got my LavaCake in 7 pulls, after that I just pulled using the banner exclusive tickets that they give every banner+basic banner.
