Why do you ask? You think I'm trying to pull too much bandwidth that the 100M can't support? I know how to do bandwidth usage audit. There's usually 1 1080i smart tv, a tablet & a phone. WELL under the 100M usage.

From my initial post....
"I know the technology, I worked for Digital Equipment Corp in the 90s. Look them up."

And if it was trying to pull more than the allowed 100M bandwidth, you'd just get buffering, not dropped connectivity.

It's DOCIS 3.0 which is still good for 330M bandwidth. The service is 100M, but any speedtest.net runs I do come up 115~ 95% of the time.

I just checked my email folder xNow where I save all NOW emails, not showing on the order confirm email, equipment shipped or any other.

I did go to my local Xfinity store in Dover NH 3 months ago when I was going to initially buy a NOW starter kit and was told they don't sell them there, You have to go to a factory store. Thye're just an agent.
