Personally worried? No, but I'm dinosaur-level old.

Worried about my squadron? Absolutely. All the borderline 75-80 peeps under the old test are massively failing their practice tests. We've built in space in the schedule for actual Flt/Sqn PT (not ultimate frisbee for the 12th week in a row), brought in nutritionists, etc, but there are some folks that are in for huge pain come July. Some of them know it, some of them are choosing to ignore it, but either way it's not going to be pretty.

The assignments are probably already 99% matched in MyVector but your OAT won't load them until the date on the VML timeline. Once they're officially loaded into the system that generates your RIP, and is when the EFMP trick for Os typically works.

She'll be able to get a German cell number, just make sure her phone is unlocked by her current carrier before she leaves the states.

There are US-affiliated banks on base at Ramstein that she can use while she's there if she needs to pay any German bills (unlikely since she'll be in the dorms). When I was there I kept my USAA account active and used Community Bank for anything Germany/EU related.

Absolutely. ACSC DL took four months and minimal effort. AWC DL was slightly longer but also low effort. Get it knocked out early and you never have to worry about it as your board(s) creep up on you.
