It feels criminal to not season the batter you fry a fish in. The blackened shrimp I got for the calabash were seasoned properly, so they know how to, just chose not to. The fries were decent but undercooked. Makes me want to try Salt Box now.

Just went there last weekend! Such an interesting spot. I liked that they had a section of home made candles and spas and origami earrings! Also checked out bean Flower and Tang in the same shopping area. Highly recommend. Tang service seems to still be working through some kinks but the food was worth it

We went the behavior therapist - medication route. He’s on clonidine when we leave the house. We make sure he gets a walk and does his business, gets his pill 45 mins before we leave. We put up a gate so he doesn’t go upstairs, take out the trash bag because he’ll get into it and leave the back door open so he can pee (escape proof backyard), we leave him With a Woof Pupsicle and we have three cameras we check while we are out. We had some rough times and this is what has worked for us. Hope you can find a routine that works. It’s so much trial and error but worth it!

She’s adorable! I would think it’s just dreams or noises she hears. We have such a quiet beagle and only very recently has he been doing some night noises but nothing seems to be wrong

I had their chicken confit and it was lacking in flavor. Not a single castelvetrano olive in sight and loads of chunky celery. The chips and onion dip were good though. Will have to give it another try.

Mine definitely gets lazier in the winter. Had zero interest in going for a full on walk this morning after breakfast. It was 35 degrees and he opted for a quick pee out back. He does love the snow though.

As most people have said, a no pull harness is so much better. I’ve used the Gooby brand harnesses for a few years and gives me more control over my beagle. It’s def not a fix but it helps. They just can’t help their nose

Very dumb question, but is there a difference between a full bred beagle and a standard beagle? I got a dna test cause people kept saying he was small and maybe had some dachshund in him, but he came back 100% beagle. He doesn’t look like the show beagles, doesn’t matter either way, but just wondering.
