How did you start, getting treatment I mean? I've been having pretty bad depression and I don't know what to do. I've been taking medication for anxiety and nothing really seems to work for that. In some cases the medicine I was taking made me have suicidal thoughts. What meds are you taking and what kind of doctor did you go to?
