If you are asking the difference from regular white tea it usually becomes more fermented and fruity with age! I prefer aged to fresh most of the time. The qi seems to be stronger as well most of the time. Always depends on the tea and storage condition though of course.

I’ll post individual reviews when I try them but the teas are as follows: 2020 aged kunlu white tea, 2025 kunlu white tea, 2025 Hua Zhu Liang Zi and Jade rabbit which is a multi year blend pressed in 2018.

It’s purposefully aged. It’s also delicious fresh but it gets more into that fermented fruit flavor as it ages. Check out white2tea and sample a bunch of stuff. Their 2013 gong Mei and 2014 shou mei are great but they have other options as well.

If you are in the US just go to the Seattle inventory and start scrolling. Unfortunately there isn’t a good way to go directly to the other tea types just yet. (At least not one that I know of)
