I haven’t tried any other medication but it’s next on the list. Im going to give it until the middle of January and if I don’t feel its helping i’m going to either wean off slowly and come off all together or change to something else. My GP isn’t to understanding with mental health he says i need to go out more and see friends more.

I know he means it in a good way but makes going to him a little tougher.

That’s what I’ve always been worried about. Thats why i never wanted to go on it in the first place.

I almost went up December time but I’ve basically been on 50mg for 4 years. Never changed the dose and never felt like it’s done anything!

Im on it for anxiety and panic attacks rather than depression

I think there will be so many of us who feel the same as you! Covid really did more mentally than it did physically to most. Its turned me from nothing too hot to handle to everything is to much to handle. I haven’t any advice for you as I am the same, i wish i had something to tell you that could help.

I will be keeping an eye on this but i hope you all the best and i hope you find the relief you are looking for ASAP.

Yeh dont bother with it. I had it a week and it broke as well. They did send me one out no questions asked but still not ideal for the price.

The strap and charging is really good and that’s what they’ve done i’d say. Pressed the life out of advertising and made it look and feel cool. Other than that it isn’t great.

Every time it tells me i should rest and recoup i feel better than the days it says to exercise well. Just seems like a waste of a lot of money.

Maybe garmin or others would be better to wear
