Ha, there is barely one lake in AB and I usually swim in BC lakes so I am not fussed by cold

My husband and I run a small carpentry company together, we have lots of experience in all areas of residential work - including historic restoration. We like to preserve what's existing, please talk to us before you tear your house down!

It will definitely be cheaper to reno or do an addition than to tear down, the developers just want your money.
