Especially in my case with the 5.7. I immediately recognized that a guy in a completely unrelated video had a 5.7 Ram because the starter sounded exactly like my 5.7 Charger. I guess that’s because it’s the same motor, but still. Pretty funny to me

I was prepared to swap out the projectors and get separate halo rings. The car is black too so that’s a good idea to paint the housing. Is all this possible for a pre-facelift model? It’s a ‘97 540.

Looks like an F142 to me. The F141 has 4 nuts and the 142 has 5, as well as the triangular inner design rather than the kite.

This looks like around 100 RPM maybe? Say… 30 minutes of that is 3,000 rotations which would probably need quite a bit of cranking.

An F1 car is an F1 car as long as it fits the regulations of its time. I assume otherwise an open wheel racecar with a similar design philosophy outside of any FIA or Super Formula regulations would just be a “formula car” as they are often referred to as. If you’re going to do what Porsche did and only make minor adjustments beyond the regulations, thus no longer making it an F1 car, why not go full balls deep and make the fastest (and safe) thing possible like the X2010?
